Subject	Need to figure out this Power Steering issue..

Message	I've posted a few times since I bought my 91TT almost 2 years ago, and nothings fixing it... Symptoms: -Standard whirring crappy sound coming from pump like there is air in it -power steering is smooth then suddenly gets impossible to drive out of nowhere and kicks back in sometimes -resevoir will be foamy and overflow So I did the proper siphon technique and did the whole proper bleeding of air (car raised, wheels back and forth with car off, then on etc etc...) So that will make it better for a little but next time I start the car when cold, the pump is noisy and PS will go out within 2 miles. Problem is, I cannot find any leaks anywhere. Could the pump just be bad? I really have no idea at this point considering theres no leaks etc, but its starting to get annoying. any suggestions?
